We ship internationally from the United States. Shipping times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import-related fees as per local regulations.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, labor disputes, or carrier service interruptions.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout. Once a shipment is confirmed, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.

Return and exchange policies differ based on product type and customer location.

• EU Customers: Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product, excluding custom items.
• Korea & Japan: Consumers are protected under local e-commerce and contract laws, including eligibility for order cancellations and return requests.
• United States: Returns are accepted in accordance with FTC guidelines. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
